Dale Farm fruit and vegetables

Throughout the year, we grow everything from cabbages to strawberries and bedding plants to bulbs. Come and visit us or come to one of our events to see what we have this season!

Organically Grown

Our shop is open Monday – Friday, 10am – 2pm, please feel free to come and see what we have in stock. Much of our produce are seasonal, so please contact us for availability.

We are certified by the Soil Association as an organic grower.

  • We plant the best quality seeds. These are collected from previous harvests and local sources.
  • These are watered and left to grow under a blanket of organic matter and mulch, to ensure our plants get the best nourishment underground. We operate a national environmental award-winning recycling project whereby manure is brought to the farm and composted ready for use.
  • When it is time to harvest, our teams will work together to make sure the best organic fruit and vegetables make it to your plates. We also use our vegetables as ingredients for cooking lunches available in our farm café everyday.
  • Everything on the farm is grown with love, care, and kindness.

Local shop sales

Local shops have kindly agreed to help us sell our produce; we get a glut of produce over the summer and early autumn and would really appreciate it if you bought some of our organic, tasty food, this stops it going to waste and help fund Dale Farm Trust.

Honey

Dale Farm honey is available for purchase in our shop, Monday – Friday, 10am – 2pm, please contact us for availability.

We are very proud of the honey that we produce and our hives have been a form of pride on the farm for many years. Our honey has an warm floral aroma and flavour, which comes from the nectar our bees collect from beautiful heather and gorse plants in the surrounding Dales.

Our honey is for sale at £6 per jar.

Best Bites café

Our produce also goes to Best Bites café, which is managed by Zeb from the Courtyard Cafe, Royden Park and Bluebelles Tea Room, The Grange, Wallasey). Best Bites is a vocational service within Wirral Evolutions that provides training for adults with disabilities, and adults with autism. Best Bites provides a person-centred service that offers people the opportunity to train in a real working environment in the centre of local communities on the Wirral.

Dale Farm supports Best Bites with our wonderful fresh produce, which comes straight off the plant or out of the ground. Our produce is organically grown so you can be assured if the produce comes from Dale Farm it will be super fresh and grown chemically free.
