Christmas Fair Preparations

Christmas is a busy time here at Dale Farm. Everyone is planting, creating and snipping in preparation for the Dale Farm Trust Christmas Fair. By coming down and helping us, you will continue to support people across Wirral who use our services.

Christmas Wreaths, Bedding Plants and Hanging Baskets

The people we support have been busy creating Christmas wreaths to brighten up your front door. We have been growing winter bedding plants and creating beautiful hanging baskets and planters to help you feel a bit brighter on these cold winter days.

In the Woodwork Room

We have bird tables to help you feed our feathered friends. There are planters to help you look ahead past the cold winter months and towards spring. The woodwork room is used by those we support to create made to measure projects for your home and garden. All work is supervised by our skilled staff in our purpose built woodwork room. If you have any projects you want help with, then please give Chris or Lee a call on 0151 666 5190.

Getting Crafty

Many of the people we support enjoy working in the craft room. We have been creating a wide range of Christmassy gifts ready for Santa to deliver.

Please Remember

We have lots of other goods for sale including aged wood for your stoves and burners. There is always a plentiful supply of well rotted manure that we sell all year round to feed your plants and mulch your borders. We also sell woodchip to help stop your garden paths getting soggy. We are always happy to help and can do large or small deliveries in the local area for a small charge.

Volunteers

We have an urgent call for volunteers to work during the week from 10am to 3pm or any time you have free. We are a disability friendly service and welcome volunteers from across our community. You don’t need any specific skills, you just need to be kind, patient and supportive. If you are interested, then please give Suanne a call on 0151 666 5190.
