Fishy Business

In 2022/2023 the people we support, staff and volunteers spent months rebuilding and redesigning our sensory garden.

The sensory garden is a place of relaxation, which has been designed to be completely accessible and enjoyed by all.

Our ponds and streams were re-lined, plants added and now finally we have added new fish stocks.

We have even had visiting frogs who have laid frogspawn; this indicates that our water ecosystem is clean enough for fish. We have taken care to try to protect our tadpoles from our new fish by providing extensive plant growth.

Anyone is welcome to come and visit our sensory garden. Why not visit the sensory garden next time you pick up some manure or our organic vegetables. The farm is open to visitors Monday – Friday 10am – 2pm.
